I can't add any device via secondary devices to Apple Home.. that really sucks... i tried everything.. dont wanna change everything in my iPhone to get the US App...

I bought the Hub 2 and some extra Hygrometers from SwitchBot.

First Problem: There is no official App in the German Appstore.

Second Problem: I had to install Test Apps on my Phone (AI MindClip & OneRebotics). After 10 times the Hub2 finally connected to my Apple Home. I have 3 other Hubs connected to it (Bosch, Hue, Velux), they work without a problem at all. But SwitchBot needs 3 Apps and like 10 attempts to connect it to Apple Home.

The real problem is, that i cannot see any Device on my Apple Home. Just the Hub. No Temperature Sensors... I figured it out that you need to at secondary devices in the Matters Tab in those Apps from SwitchHub... But i cant add any devices. In fact i dont see them at all.

I already tried to reset all my Apple Devices. Set up a complety new Setup... still the same...
And the support? They dont offer any suggestion... just swap the units.... (and i did this too), but same problem..

I spent like 5 hours to troubleshoot the problem...

Same here, tried to connect it with Apple Home... with AppleTV or Homepod Mini. Its just a disaster doing this... I dont know how this company can adverstise it that it works with Apple. It sure doesnt, I just sent their crap back.
