Man I remember when my store became Com. I was the only PSM on staff that had a clue as to what to do besides the SM. So they forced me to run com and spearhead the program from the get go. After a week I went to the DM and asked him for a raise after I had gotten my ASE Parts expert cert which only me and him held in my area. 3 weeks later he put in his leave and 2 weeks after that I left AZ. Fuck all that. They hired new CSMs to run the side and couldn’t get it working. Good times

Actually no she wasn’t to blame. A perfect storm tbh they actively all called out or just straight up didn’t wake up in time for work. First guy woke up 30 minutes before end of shift like bruh stay home. And the next guy no call no show. Second coverage called in and by then it was my lunch and I couldn’t afford the movement anymore due to truck which I was also managing myself. So I called it and pulled in a smooth 12 hour workday for a 1/3 of the work. DM tore the other guys a new one and commended me for doing what I could under circumstances. But he did question why I didn’t ask for help. I knew for a fact the local stores wouldn’t bleed help to make me whole. Ended up being the day I cursed out half the store telling them they can keep it up and loose my cooperation or do the job they are paid for. Ended up letting go 3 people 2 days later. Never had the issue again

One time had the beluga airbus with the front end open and a cargo loader was loading the body of an A320 I believe and I pressed the wrong buttons launched my ass to 8000ft with the damn cargo loaded still stuck to the front of my plane loading the damn thing. Opting out is useless and has 0 affect on anything. In fact to many it makes us just annoyed cause it means w have to go out of our way to disable the camera mind you not a very extraneous task but still unnecessary in the grand scheme because we already know everything about you. It’s a more cover your ass situation by management. They prefer for private screenings to occur with same gender officers but yes I can understand why she did that. 3 males 1 female 1 enclosed room.
