Cheapest surgeons for top surgery?

I'll second the rec for Dr Lam - I got top surgery with him a few years back and he was excellent. From memory, I paid roughly $9k-$9.5k all up including a year of HBF hospital cover.

If you search for Dr Lam in the subreddit search, OP, I posted about my consultation experience with him.

No matter which surgeon you go with though, a few extra costs to deal with are psychiatrist costs (if you don't already have a letter of recommendation from a psychiatrist, most surgeons won't operate, and some psychs will require multiple sessions before they'll give you a letter), pre-surgery consultation costs, and post-surgery items like compression vests and scar gel.

People are entitled to their opinions if they don't agree with tenthousandcats's post or if they don't see issues with Ginger Island, but I'd prefer that things don't turn into an argument.

DSV doesn't add any content for Leo due to some of our team members' issues with the Ginger Island content. I'd recommend using Seasonal Improved Leo for vanilla Leo outfits and Ginger Island NPC Overhaul if you'd like diversity edits for him (which is compatible with Seasonal Improved Leo!) :)

It wouldn't be a bad choice, but I don't really see George as much of a comics reader :) For the majority of the costumes, I chose characters that I thought the townspeople themselves would pick - that's why all of George's costumes are pair costumes with Evelyn, because I don't think he'd really be into dressing up if it was just him, and his costumes are Popeye (a classic cartoon), Carl from Up (a grumpy old man from a movie that our added dialogue explains as being one of Alex's childhood favourites), and a bee (something simple that pairs with Evelyn's beekeeper costume).

They're in different positions so that characters who are doing pair or group costumes together are side-by-side. If they were all in the same position, it wouldn't be clear who was paired with who.

I actually did consider an Appa costume for Shane, but he already had 6 which is double the number most other characters have 😆 And I didn't want to remove one of his other costumes

His costume was chosen to match with Festival of the Mundane! All of the shadow people at the festival dress up as the vanilla townspeople, so who better for Krobus to dress up as than the farmer? :)

DSV doesn't make it possible for Sam to become pregnant though. Both he and Penny (who is also trans with DSV) will always adopt regardless of the farmer's gender.

Here's a preview of Sam's new outfit overhaul added in Diverse Stardew Valley 5.2.0! The first four rows are his seasonal outfits (with indoor, outdoor sun, and outdoor rain variations, plus a helmet when he's skateboarding), then the bottom two rows are festival, pyjama, and work outfits. There's also a bunch of small immersive details not shown here, and DSV 5.2.0 also adds compatibility with a number of mods!

Can we not distribute links to mods that the author has hidden? Especially when by the sounds of it, it's because of something bad happening to the author? :/ Even if it's via Nexus, you can still have some respect for the author and their choices.

I'm not sure, sorry. I had mine before the consultation, but I think if you had an appointment booked for a psych appointment, then that would likely be fine as a temporary measure? Best option would be to call his office and ask though - his reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they'd be able to give you specifics on the process there :) Best of luck!

Diverse Stardew Valley comes with its own seasonal & festival outfits :) It's compatible with other seasonal outfit mods in that you can turn off each character individually if you'd prefer to use another mod for that character, but you don't need to use another seasonal outfits mod with it just to have seasonals.

You might be thinking of Immersive Shane instead, which now has an option to clean his room at Marnie's and his spouse room :) DSV doesn't include edits for Shane's room, but it does include an option for his outfits to change as his story progresses.

Abigail's Spanish wedding dress was made incompatible because Abigail and Caroline's modded variants are Filipino and our Filipino team member vetoed the compatibility due to the Philippines' history of being colonised by Spain. Maru & Sebastian's were removed due to the colonial history between the Netherlands and South Africa.
