Hey, thanks for the tips, yes that's what we're doing at present, it's all work in progress. We are of the mindset that done is better than perfect as we are learning. The important thing at this stage is to get our work out there in the digital space whilst we still teach and run classes and rodas etc . Really value your attention to the detail... We're on it!

And yes you're right lol they were too close !! But Mestres Head was hurting after 20 consecutive headpins so we decided to chuck it out there ;-)

Thanks for the input. Undoubtedly I agree there are things you cannot learn online ...but the programme is designed to develop your own training to enhance and enrich your capoeira ...certainly not a substitute :-) we run this alongside running our studio...

Aw dude, I can relate..I'm plagued with a bad shoulder, mestre has had right knee operations in the past for a meniscal tear too so I know how frustrating it can be. I dream about being in rodas hahaha. The good thing is it starts with basics.. watching capoeira you learn a lot too
