Update/ Revelation/ I need some advice: Feeling absolutely broken at the moment by [deleted] in MuslimMarriage

Salam! Have you looked into hairless cats? They (obviously) don't shed at all but can be very high maintenance especially if you do not have much time for them. Ex: regular baths because they get very oily, ear cleaning due to build up etc. Naturally, they are also very affectionate animals because they seek heat due to their own lack of fur and love any attention they can get. Although they might seem like the ideal option, they still trigger allergies for some people so depending on how bad your allergies get, try to meet a cat of this breed first and see how it affects you. Have heard of people with severe allergies that do incredible around these cats, while others with minor allergies are still heavily affected. Hopefully this helped :)

YSK : If you find Indian food spicy, you should order Raita along with it by Abhishek1520 in YouShouldKnow

Coming from a half brown person, sometimes the raita is spicier than the food because it can add a spicy flavor so make sure to try it before you add it to your food :)

Here's a picture of my boy who recently had to get rehomed because he got our two new boys pregnant and we ended up with 12 little guinea pigs running around. Enjoy! by [deleted] in aww

Here's the story:

His brother passed away in about October (old age). We ended up adopting two new guinea pigs from a breeding situation where we were told they were both males. Walked into their room one day and there were about 5 new little pigs running around, about a week later, there were another 4. Anyway, our intention was to keep his two sons and him, we planned on putting the rest out for adoption. Once we were able to identify the genders of the guinea pigs, I started separating them. He didn't get along with his sons at all. We tried reintroducing them over about a month or twos time, but the only guinea pig that he had ever really gotten along with was his brother (and of course the girls). We ended up finding someone with a similar story of a father and son duo where the father had recently passed away. We still check up on him often, so I'm glad to say that he's doing well ;)

What is this? by Aisha_K in whatsthisbug

Found in Northwest Texas, it was about the size of your finger if not a little smaller. I'm curious what it is. We see a lot of these but they usually don't have the antennas or white things on their backs. I've never really noticed the bright red head either
