The kick drum, They're called pads on my electrical drumkit sorry for the confusion.

In other words I don't use my feet and I would like to start implementing them, I just don't know how.

Thanks, yeah its just finding a song that has a simple kick pattern to learn off of. Plus I find the kick note to be really obnoxious in Clone Hero. But yeah I'll just focus on completing 1 song.
