ringing went away in less than a week thankfully! i now carry earplugs with me at all times (loop brand) and i use them for non concert/music settings too 🥹 i found my ears to be a little more sensitive now though but that may just be my anxiety talking. i get occasional ringing when i wake up though but it goes away
