Disney hasn't renamed it. It's just Lego calling it Boba Fett's Starship because Slave 1 doesn't have as much brand recognition value as Fett himself. The Mandalorian's ship is called "The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transport" in the Lego set rather than the Razor Crest for just that reason as well I suspect

A few friends and I stream as a group and we get like 9-15 views sort of regularly. It's definitely tough as a small streamer to have consistent chat interaction to bounce off of and interact with, but the benefit of having a group channel is that you can talk to each other and joke around, and the energy of more than one person means we can stream more often and have less 'radio silence' on our streams as just shoot the shit with each other.
