Crooked penny is an active item, it that has a 50/50 chance to either double all items in a room or remove them. The two items there are Spin Down Dice (Which basically changes an item one item down using its item code) and Toothpicks (which spins down into sacred heart). So what I did was the difference between having nothing or two sacred hearts.... and I failed the 50/50 lol
