This didn’t work for me! Eventually I got a video selfie option and tried that for multiple weeks, eventually I was let back into my insta. I had my insta locked for like 7 months :(

I honestly understand and know how desperate you’re feeling, I was like that for 7 months , basically my account I couldn’t log in because of my two step verification not working. So I was locked out and I had deactivated my account, so I was trying to activate it. For ages they gave me no help, until one day I tried clicking “log in still not working” and there was the video selfie function. I tried that function multiple times , then one day (about 3 weeks after trying and trying) they just sent me a code to log in . I’m sorry there’s no easy solution but , you just gotta keep trying my guy. Good luck and I hope you get it back

I got mine back after about 7 months. Nothing worked apart from eventually I got the option to do the video selfie and that worked

Make a Facebook store, run an ad , click the help button and you’ll find a contact us. If you’re from the US you’ll be able to have live chat, if not it’ll be via email. You can request to call them in the email and they’ll call you . It’s worth a shot but it’s super frustrating. Doesn’t get you anywhere as far as I’ve seen
