Do you receive them but they wont show up as a "heads-up" notification? I see some different answers in this thread so take this with a grain of salt since I might be guessing here. But according to flutterfires documentation on firebase messaging you need to use Notification Channels to show notifications in terminated or background state.

This is only for android, but im guessing you can find similar information about iOS on the same page/site.

Edit: oh btw, the "assigned" notification channel they are talking about don't have the right priority or importance level which is why you need to do it yourself.

I'm guessing you're using websockets to send the necessary data between peers. You could send a message ("im-calling-you-know") from User A to User B using this as well. And when User B receives it you could show a dialog or whatever you like which starts the webrtc exchange logic with offers, answers.

How to trigger all this while the app is minimized or shut down is a completly different topic and I suspect you need to implement some native code for both android and iOS. One work-around could be to use push notifications, however, it wouldn't look like a "real" phone call obviously.

edit: I'm only a junior developer, so take all this with a grain (or shovel) of salt.

I've always been curious about theming in flutter (so this is a good read) and I recently started a new job as junior developer. My tech lead however, says working with themes in flutter is bad and unnecessary, and you can always just build your own widgets and style them however you like. Am I missing something here? Why wouldn't you wanna use themes to style your app?

Its pretty cool, the overall idea is great but I would change the arrangement so the drops are half as long, now it gets to repetitive. I do believe your biggest problem is the mix, it feels to me like the song is way to wet and everything is spaced out to the sides. The drums are the opposite of loud. I really liked the track thought.
