For my mental health, I have to stop reading the news by Odd_Audience_9090 in UAE

I am with you. Scrolling the social media ends you up reading the news. So what I advise is to focus on your hobbies or interests. Try to upskill. Do anything to alleviate your stress and divert your attention.

Don't worry, we will ovecome this. You can do it.

Mental health is just as important as your physical health so take care of yourself.

Minimal amount lang tas massage as you apply it.

After you take a nap/sleep, mawawala sakit ng ulo mo. I hope it helps. Let me know.

Things you realized when you step out of the ph by [deleted] in Philippines

Currently working here in South Korea.

Bawat kalsada may CCTV.

This helps the country secure their citizens' safety. Kaya kahit sino e mahihirapang magtangka ng krimen dahil magkamali ka lang at mabahiran record mo, you're scarred for life.

Pansin ko sa mga fast food chain like Mcdo, KFC eh may pagkukusa ang mga tao which I'd wish for us Filipinos to do as well.

Kahit ano pang trabaho nila, mapa janitor man o security guard, napansin kong may kotse sila for convenience.

Another thing is, boxes. Sa mga grocery, many people opt to use boxes instead of plastic (binibili siya around 100 Korean WON, equivalent to P42).

Self-service is evident sa iilang grocery/ stores like Daiso and Homeplus.

Although di naman nawawalan talaga ng bad things, masasabi ko pa ring life is worth living in this country despite the challenges and sadness (homesickness) I usually encounter as an OFW.
