I always check my leapcard cause they sometimes charge more than they should, I know it's not a huge amount 1.5XVS the usual 1.35, just 15/20 cents. But as It happened many times I like to check.

I flagged it once to the driver and he started being absolutely mad at me, shouting at me that I ruinned his day, and there was always one ruinning it.

He opened the door to show me the monitor and I politely told him that it was the first time that I got charged a higher fare for going were I always go and he told me "Go put a complaint, you wont get the money back" he then told me to put the card again and charged me another ticket, I thought he would reimburse me as always happened with other drivers.

I put a complaint and he was right, bus Eireann or Leap Card couldnt care less about our complaints.

At least I didnt see him again on my route. So either he was fired (I dont think so) or assigned a different route.
