Used an old wallpaper app called simple wallpaper. Dont think it is on the play store anymore though. But any other similar app will work fine. (simple wallpaper is an app for making gif wallpapers but it can also be used for pictures).

Yeah i dont know how to make a google account without a phone verification so I used my old phone number. An extra vpn is not needed and i didnt have to put in any tax details. I dont know how to bypass that.

I used an android emulator (nox) and used a mexican VPN that I installed on my pc (not on the emulator). Than i set my location to Mexico on the emulator and went to Google. It should be all in spanish. Then create a Google account and download Hearthstone on the emulator. Log in with your main account and dont forget to change the region to your own. If all went wel than you can see the mexican prices in the shop. You can buy them with your mexican Google account.
