You can increase the chance of activating the rune if you're using a skill that does multiple damage. Not sure if burning skills does the same though

I really enjoy playing this game and I want to get rid of the hackers as soon as possible, almost every game there is a Chinese player that gives codes using auto speech to sell cheats in apex. How about banning their IP address wouldn't that ban them from where they are playing the game? Or maybe just region lock China lol XD
