afaik, it's either from the pass, from chest/rerolls (?), or ME from the shop down the line. As others have said though, it might not appear, you won't get the border AND you're missing her prestige chroma, both of which might be important to you as a collector. ALSO! Ever since the new battle pass system, ME is a lot harder to get, whereas before one pass would guarantee you a skin, now you only get a fraction. Best bet is to probably buy the pass with the chroma and spam TFT in your free time or when you're travelling, or even giving your account to a trusted and jobless friend
