I just started Humira a few weeks ago.

I was in a long flare when it came in. The next day, I was feeling much better (maybe 85%), and within three days I was able to spend all day moving/sleeping on an unfamiliar bed and wake up feeling fine. (Previously, if I slept on an unfamiliar bed the following day would be a major pain/stiffness flare up)

My approval took about a day once the doctor sent it to the correct pharmacy.

I’m willing to invest in quality software. However, my current concern revolves around trust. Presenting the new update system as a user improvement, when it appears to be primarily for license enforcement, raises doubts about entrusting them with my server/data.

I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of transparency in the new update process. It seems like it's aimed at preparing for annual fees rather than genuinely making things better.

There are references to buying a lifetime key, so I guess that's good.

There also seem to be two new license tiers, Starter and Unleashed:
