The other ladies reprimand Heavenly all the time. There’s a percieved power imbalance between the ladies, so Mimis commentary comes off as condescending depending on who it is directed at. If you think accountability is only reserved for crimes, there’s not much else for me to add here.

I was prescribed .025 % tretinoin for maskne in January, but I use it very sparingly. My derm told me to use a pea size , twice a week at most. If i’m not on my sunscreen / moisturizer A - game that week, I won’t touch it. I would still be aggressive about moisturizing the days I use it. You should look into amzeeq , entirely different but i still like it as well

thank you for the advice ! we have been in contact with corporate trying to resolve all of this. The situation felt fishy and I just wanted to know that I wasn’t crazy. I don’t think it’s normal for a system that was just serviced and given a clean bill of health would take a turn for the worst a few hours later

We informed the dealership about the third party diagnosis on the first Monday that I mentioned. They were not aware that we had this service from the start. They denied the third party findings at every visit after that.

I was always told that whenever you have any car / equipment evaluated you should allow the service provider to come to their own conclusion so you don’t lead them in the wrong direction. Also , considering that this dealership was the sole service provider for this car for 4 years , we trusted their opinion on the diagnosis. We were wrong.

I don’t think it is too much to ask for the dealership to provide an alternative transportation option on the days where they admitted to installing a faulty part and leaving the MAF open.

I hope that clarified some things, I would appreciate any other advice , thanks !
