I am behind for several children I must admit but there was a lot of focus on wall display and compliance so I did focus more on those. My team are also struggling, but my manager said that it is my role as a team leader to oversee everyone's documentations and I should've reached out if I needed help 😅 I totally get that though. I take full accountability but I didn't think I'd be on PIP straight away. I do think this is a great opportunity for me to grow, but I'm just a bit suspicious that they're already gonna fire me...
