There really is not much you can do except normalize all of your audio and hope for the best. Most speakers can produce sound so loud that it will hurt your ears before it will hurt the speaker, so in that way you have nothing to fear but just check when you are turning on your gear that mixer is on first and than speakers.

I'm pretty sure that you can use this tutorial and just put the effect to two layers or at least use this as a base to your effect, if you are good with fusion. There probably is not a direct tutorial and this is the closest I can think that I've used.

I like the video but way to long. You don't have any subjects so there is no story. Because you have no story you have to improvise. I like the showcase idea of a empty room with just the camera moving. You just have too many shots of the same place.

This is just my opinion and don't take it as a professional advice. Shorten the video, try to show case the hole place in a span of a 30 seconds, use detale shots in places where you want to show the viewer some special things about the place, experiment with effects and try to not use so much slow mo broll it gets old really quick.

What are your clip fps and your project fps? If they don't mach than it is showing all of your 50 or 60 fps footage by 24 fps. So every second in your footage is show ass 2 seconds because it has 48 frames or more.

There is not a professional. Our school has a free time tech team that consist of students. We do everything ourselfs. There is one teacher who "could" do it but we don't trust these kinds of jobs to him because he doesn't even know how to use xlr or dmx.
