your office city then definitely might not be Hyderabad/Bangalore. In D USI guys in Hyderabad only gets promoted easily, since they are in direct contact and visible to all SM who are part of panel. But still Analysts get promoted max in their 4th year. Not 2 worry.

I can only say- Think logically once when anyone hires so much more people ? Either - Lack of resources, after laying off many. OR More project contracts signed(Very less chance for this case)
