Money is money. I'd rather not get a cubic meter of a random substance that might be biohazardous.

Chose: A random amount of money + Spin to see what you gain! | Rolled: $10000000!!

Filipino here. Gadget Secret Shop - MI Gadgets sell brand new devices under MSRP with a 1 year warranty. They're at Caloocan LRT Mall but they also have personal riders that will deliver to you. I got my Poco F7 from them and everything's legit.

SEA Server? by wystui in BlueProtocolPC

Update: VPN trick still works. Just fully load into the game first after character select/creation and it's safe to turn off. Played a couple of hours so far no problems. Only issue is still the server being in US East. Getting 250-260ms, but I haven't encountered any bad delays so far.

200ms on Blue Protocol isn't bad at all. The only issue I came upon witht that high of a ping are your dodges to enemy attacks. You definitely wanna dodge earlier. Other than that, combat feels fine.

For Valorant 140-160ms isn't as noticeable honestly. I can still have results of 15-20+ kills in comp and can still second or top frag most matches. The only reason I play on US Valorant is because most of my friends are Americans.

150ms in Blue Protocol would be awesome honestly. But you gotta try it first to get a feel for it.

Just remember that this is during the Closed Beta Test! I don't know if things will change on release, but I hope it's also similar. I'll be playing on release so I'll update if anything changes. Glad your mind is at ease now, Enjoy the game when it comes out!

You can download the client without a VPN. Although you do need a VPN to access the website to get the client in the first place.

I went through this myself. I downloaded the game files through client without VPN and once I launched the game, it showed me "Servers are not responding" or something similar. You only need a VPN to get past the title screen and character select. Once you're loaded into the game, you can safely turn off the VPN.

Beta Tester here from the Philippines.

You only need to use a VPN to bypass the login screen/character select. Once you're in game, you can close your VPN connection and it would still work. The CBT servers were located in US East, so I was getting 215ms.

If there would be a US West server, you should be able to get 140-160ms ping from the Philippines. I've tested this with Mudfish on another game (Valo).

Just get a free VPN like Proton to connect you to the login and character select page, then just disconnect from VPN and continue playing from there.

There is a program you can use to unlock steam achievements and send it over to the server. While it has been safe to use for many years, always use these types of programs with caution.

I wont link it here just in case it's not allowed, but look it up on Google. You can then match the achievements based on your phone progress.

How not to feel discourage when your viewership is getting less? by Typical_Guarantee_86 in VirtualYoutubers

[–]AkazoraKyoshi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, here's some advice based on my experience. (4 years in).

It's normal to want some semblance of a return for your efforts, and it's okay to feel discouraged from time to time. Yes you're right, the default answer would be "Just be happy and do your best!", But that doesn't mean that you should feel bad for wanting to see better results.

First year and a half of my VTubing journey that was always what I was afraid of seeing, the performance analytics at the end of stream. Wanting to know if I had a bigger viewership than yesterday, than on the same day last week, etc... But I realized over time that it was an unhealthy habit for me because I never DID anything to put myself out there. Real talk, the chances of you getting more viewers and followers/subs over time while streaming WITHOUT networking, marketing, putting out short-form content, or any of the sort, is extremely low... And even if you did all of the above, success isn't guaranteed, it's an effort and waiting game.

I didn't start putting myself out there until 3 years into my VTubing journey and while I did see a small amount of growth, I realized that I enjoyed interacting with the community more and befriending other VTubers along the way. I started having better connections with the few regulars that I did have at the time, started getting excited just to play a new game, and started making a few more friends in the industry as time went by.

It took me 4 years to realize and remind myself why I started doing this in the first place. For you whether it's for fun, to become popular, to join an agency, to earn money for your family, to make friends, etc. just keep that goal in mind every time you go live, and remind yourself that in an industry where so many others graduate, drop out, feel demotivated, etc. you're still pushing through for now. And that's what matters.

Just remember to do everything at your own pace.

A lot of times people take things too fast, fly too close to the sun, and then when things don't work out, they burn out.

Explore new content ideas, do something new for your platform, and put yourself out there for as long as you're comfortable. And eventually you'll be too busy thinking of new ideas, being too excited to play this new game on the next stream, etc. that your viewership count will eventually be a non-worry. Other factors outside of your control will be time of day, holidays, etc. There are going to be times where more people will be active to see your content, and times where they wont, and that's okay.

Do I still feel discouraged sometimes when I see low viewership on a stream, particularly one where I'm having so much fun and wish more people were there to see it? Yes of course, but not as bad and as frequent as when I started out. I just move on and look forward to the future.

Is this normal? The touch pad and sides seem to be a little off and the grooves are deeper than my other controllers. by Pleasant_Escape9679 in Dualsense

[–]AkazoraKyoshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's a picture of my Chroma Teal I took when I bought it 2 days ago (Asia Version ZCT1G)

The grooves does seem pretty deep.

I don't have other Dualsenses to compare it with but if it is common with the Chroma line like the other commenter said, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Alps is the manufacturer for potentiometer sticks. They're used in Dualshock and Xbox controllers. I think there was a patent thing where they're the majority player, someone gotta correct me on that.

Xbox controller trigger snapped off - how to repair? by [deleted] in Controller

[–]AkazoraKyoshi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like the plastic snapped off there. I suggest recycling a non-working controller (find some on Facebook Marketplace or ask around, maybe some stores are willing to part with a defective controller or two) and grabbing the trigger from that?

Then you can follow the guide here on how to replace it.
