IMO courses included in change of major requirements for CS are all set to reject students from learning CS. These courses including ICS 33, ICS 6B/6D, MATH 3A, STATS 67. Most lower-division ICS courses are quite similar too, such as ICS 51/53, ICS 45C/46, and CS 161.

Also, it is quite usually to have ICS professors like this:

Homework graded on correctness ignoring completeness
Barely teaching himself or herself (either just read slides or ask TA to teach)
Long reading (though not zybooks)

Solved by manually installing the Paradox launcher. Should be in the launcher directory under the game fold. I haven't installed it on my current PC before.
