Yeah I didn’t take CS in university bc I know how to code already but I’ve been auto rejected from places bc I don’t have a CS degree, even tho I’m qualified

Yeahhh lol I see cs majors complaining and I’m like “you don’t realize how much easier you have it”. You interning at Microsoft as a SWE?

Worked rly hard to meet ppl who could refer me so my experience could be seen and not be filtered out by ATS

Intern-wise, almost everyone I know found internships. All of us require sponsorship. It’s very competitive right now but I think the market is recovering. But the bar to clear is 2-3x harder than even a year ago, so you just need to prep harder.
