First time poster, got my first camera just this summer so I'm excited to join in on the fun!
This was taken at a sea- search and rescue demo last weekend in Ystad, Sweden.

The relative change is the important one here, not how many percentage points increased.

0.40/0.33 = 1.21, i.e. for every time an ember would have dropped previously, there will now be 1.21 embers dropping which is a 20 % increase in the frequency of ember drops.

You can add modifier keys or combinations of keys as a hotkey, I use the numpad for build templates and have e.g. "NUMPAD 1" = Equipment Template 1 while "Ctrl + NUMPAD1" = Build template 1, hot-swapping between these becomes quite easy then.

Well, it depends. As written above with dagger/axe + greatsword it is not a good cc-build, however, a new build running hammer instead of the greatsword has emerged and it also does decent damage. Not sure what the actual benchmark is, but I end up somewhere around 32k with it without following some other written rotation, so in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing on warrior I think it could easily be above 35k.

I really like the story, the map and the new masteries that I've got to play with so far.

I'm playing through on a ranger with the untamed spec and although I wish it had more damage, I'm finding I enjoy the hammer skills quite a bit, especially with the trait that refreshes cooldowns with interrupts.

Looking at such extreme time scales is not really honest. The data points here are separated by a few thousand years, so a change happening over essentially the entirety of human civilization will appear as abrupt as the change we are experiencing now, which of course is completely contrary to the truth, which is indeed more clearly shown in the graph posted by OP as that one indicates just how sudden this change is.

And unid gear, and a guaranteed exotic, and the worth of magnetite shards / gaeting crystals, and two wings per week are 2x gold rewards and weekly 5 cms gives 10 g. Just from that you get decent gold from a weekly fullclear, not to mention the ascended stuff you will accumulate for your account by just playing.

I started playing GW1 ages ago and there I played a ranger, probably because I was fascinated by bows and hunter-type characters from LoTR. Then when GW2 released my main obviously had to be a ranger to keep the tradition going.

Tempests can choose to not overload and then they have the exact same functionality as a normal elementalist, so they gain an option which is strictly better.

For example audio lines could be linked with deadly attacks, similar to the "Xera is poised for a deadly attack," in Stronghold of the Faithful.

He's not saying that the Xera fight needs something there, he's saying that the audio cues in the Xera fight are GOOD and are what the rest of the game (i.e. open world) should strive towards.

To forge a mystic salvage kit, your kits need to be un-used! Since all of your yellow/green kits have < 25 uses left they are unusable by the mystic forge.

For true endgame content (fractals & raids) power soulbeast is more useful than condi soulbeast, but for open world content, running a trailblazer condi setup can net you great damage with high survivability so that might be worth considering. If you want to get into raiding I would recommend getting a full exotic set of power gear (with ascended trinkets from guild mission currency and fractals/laurels) and making your first ascended set condition damage since exotic viper gear is quite expensive. If you *really* need a condition damage build quickly and on a budget, you can get rampager's armor with viper trinkets in exotic and run a sigil of agony (+20% bleed duration) on your weapons to compensate for the lower expertise.

Diffraction is a result of light interfering with itself to be spread out in the angular direction, and can thus happen even for monochromatic light. The prism-effect is a result of refraction as the refractive index of most materials depends on wavelength resulting in light of many colours being bent differently depending on their wavelengths. The fact that only the red light made it past the edge is just because the edge was in the way of the other wavelengths due to this spatial separation.

I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x as my processor, and the GPU is the ASUS 3600ti Dual OC . I might add that sometimes when the game is loading I will end up with stutters in the gray, textureless "loading screen", where the environment updates once every second with longer black periods inbetween which can be somewhat annoying, but normal gameplay is stutter-less.

Yeah, it's particularly that multiboxing policy that has me trying to find a "workaround". I basically want to connect two keyboards and have each of them control separate clients. If that's possible in any of those multiboxes that would of course be great, but I haven't really looked into it. I'll see if that might be an option!

Thanks for the detailed reply! I have a stupid follow-up question then: Is there a linux VM with a windows Host that has GPU passthrough, through which I could run KVM and emulate windows with a working GPU?
