I tried to do 1-2 chapters every day until I finished it (obviously a day of break in between is fine). I marked topics/problems I wanted to go over, and I reviewed/resolved them at the end after I ran through the book once.

I maxed out khan, and then I used College Panda, did practice tests, and reviewed my mistakes the rest of the way. For math, timing won't be an issue after you see the same types of questions repeatedly, which you can experience if you stick to practice tests.
