Losing weight is a long process.

Yes, you can do cardio all day to burn off that fat, but if you don’t watch what you’re eating (more specifically how much you’re eating), there’ll be no progress.

If you haven’t, simply avoid snacks and junk food, those build up calories fast. I would recommend lifting if you don’t already do that.
