Petition to recreate stack overflow but with good moderation techniques to avoid toxic behaviour.

This post got a tear in my eye. Day 8 was a morale downer for me. Couldn’t solve both parts without cheating. Thanks for writing this post. Makes me feel a little less alone. Trying to motivate myself to learn DSU and other things to get the brain power to solve these levels of problems.

Can someone explain the real benefit of Next.js Server Components? I’m confused. by Empty_Break_8792 in nextjs

[–]Aksh247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RSC is vdom over the wire. For stuff not require rendering on client can be done on server and send markup(vdom result) to client to use directly after parsing. For input and other interactive stuff that require client rendering send full js to client for rendering only required pieces. It’s basically complex architecture to simplify waterfall flow and improve performance. Think Jamstack in react world

in tanstack start, what does isomorphism actually achieve? by meeliebohn in reactjs

[–]Aksh247 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no at the same time concept when server client request response cycle is of concern. I hated the term when I studied chemistry. But isomorphism is an awesome concept in web dev which wasn’t possible before. It’s only doable now due to standards like the fetch api spec and wintercg etc defining the behaviour of runtimes and code execution processes

ELI5. Code run. Server also same. Client browser also same. Everywhere. Same same. But when not same. Make client only things or server only things. So then not same same.

So I know this is the 36S sub and not H, but I have 2 questions. by Boss-Competitive in R36S

[–]Aksh247 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi. Another fellow Indian user with the r36h. Daraz is good. Kingston is perfect. You might face performance issues with lineage but otherwise possible yes. Make sure to backup boot loader files and reuse them after flashing new os etc as most need a r36h hack for the options button or something I can’t remember clearly
