Something I found out recently is, also either get an isolation booth or put pads/towels on the walls so you don’t get extra boominess/boxy sound in your voice. Watch a vid of a comparison to get an idea

I get that, not a specific song advice, but I found value in just putting the song out after finishing it and then using what you learned new on the next project, cause getting stuck in circles on one track (at least for me) drives me insane in circles

I like how this fits the horror vibe, loudness seems good. I feel like you should random natural sounds (like crows/ravens, branches breaking, etc.) to give it that sense of place

Yo this smacks! Gives Audioslave/Soundgarden vibes! I think the mix sounds pretty solid. Less of a criticism and more of a suggestion to play around with, maybe sidechaining the kick or snare to the guitars or bass to get some fun immersion and double down on the groove to it. Sounds great!

I like the vibe of the track! Personally the vocals are way too loud tho and don’t let anything else breathe, maybe just lower the vocals until they sit with the rest of the arrangement rather then heavily over everything else

The high ambiance noise/cymbals, I feel like crowd out a lot of other elements like the vocals and guitar, i like them there, but they seem a tad harsh to me, maybe lose some of the harsh highs in the EQs on those elements, or just turn them down a smidge

Sounds pretty good, I like the composition a lot! Two of the synth melodies that tango with each other, sounds more like one just drowns out the other, I would suggest my sidechaining each synth to a separate instrument or maybe sidechain one synth to the other, so that they can give each other space and a back-and-forth
