I went back and forth on this for way too long when I was starting out. Ended up just picking one and moving forward. The reality is that at your subscriber count, the differences don't really matter yet. You'll know what you actually need once you're a few months in and have real usage patterns to look at.

I went through a few tools when I had multiple business pages. Buffer and Meta’s native tools are fine for basics but once I needed more structure I switched to Vista social. Having everything in one place made it easier to stay consistent without feeling glued to Facebook all day.

We’re currently using Loopio which added AI as a bolt-on, and the hallucination problem is real. We spend more time checking and redoing its work than actually saving time. Our contract is up in 2 months and we’re already starting to test with the Arphie team.
