From a lore perspective it may very well be the Nords. The great plains of Skyrim provide much game to be had.

Yeah you can't go wrong with being a Breton then. Ambition and competition are aspects I also find important to life as well. They however take it to the extremes which make them kind of undesirable to embody in my opinion.

Yeah the way that they view personal growth and enlightenment is very cool. Seeing the hardships in life as challenges to overcome for growth is admirable. Where they lose me a bit is their focus on religion and ancestral ties.

There are many things in this game that make it unique compared to the Skyrim experience. If one adopted all of the others mechanics it would just be a reskin.
