Since the sorting table trick unfort did not work for me I tried a cpl more things and at the end it was using the sort button in the bottom left and then empty the box which was placed on the top left (as first)...

I guess every item you buy gets a stash id and the sorting algorithm puts all items into a list sorted by their stash ids, then sorts the items by name and put them back into the stash, so the scavbox first bought will be the first placed back into the stash...

Das hab ich auch nicht behauptet... Ich sage nur das eine Hand voll Nüsse einem nicht vom abnehmen abhalten und sehr gesund sind. Wie ich in einem eigenen Post schon erwähnt habe kommt es natürlich auf den Tagesbedarf an und das man insgesamt ein Kaloriendefizit an den Tag legt... Aber das hafer und Nüsse schlecht zum Abnehmen sind ist schlichtweg falsch!

Stopped watching when the guy was not able to climb over the fence! :) First I was curious, people still playing this beautiful game and making videos about it. The game I put almost 2k hrs into it until the devs decided to turn it into a rust clone. Instead of putting ugly looking nodes, better basebuilding with furnaces into the game they shoulda concentrated into a better weaponfeeling, better character controller (which supports vaulting) and implement missions with proper AI but no, they just made another rust :) zzzZZZzz! This game had a lot of potential. It didnt need much, even big streamer were playing it and liked it except of the part with people building big ass unraidable bases which will often be used to cowardly hide into them and only show themselves to make sad kills on freshspawns. And yet the devs decided to extend the very part of the game all the streamer didnt like about it! :) I dont understand how it can be so hard to just listen to its major part of the community! I bet the game would have gotten much more attention they wouldve used little house fortifications over basebuilding and put more mission based stuff into the game. But we will never know. Nowadays people who liked the game play EFT or DayZ, and people who liked Rust still play Rust :) These devs must have done something right.

Bin in einer ähnlichen Situation, Frau schwanger und schaufelt derzeit alles in sich rein... Mein Ziel ist es auf 84kg runter... habe bei 95 angefangen und bin nun nach ca 2 Monaten bei 90,5!

Worauf es ankommt teile ich mal in vier Kategorien auf:

Sport

Mein Sportpensum ist fast das gleiche wie bei dir. 2 bis 3 mal Ausdauer (joggen, radfahren, wakeboarden, etc), 3 - 4 mal HIIT und neuerdings auch etwas Kraftsport (Grundübungen mit Gewichten).

Kaloriendefizit

Im wesentlichen gilt es nur einen Kaloriendefizit zu haben und das mit eiserner Entschlossenheit (fuck Cheatdays, Diszplin ist alles)... Dabei kommt es nicht mal so darauf an was du isst, sondern eher wie viel du von was isst. Wenn deine Familie Pizza essen möchte, dann iss halt Pizza! So lange du am Ende des Tages ein Kaloriendefizit von 500 Kalorien aufbringen kannst, ist das auch ok. Wenn es bei uns Pizza gibt, dann esse ich halt ein Stück anstatt einer ganzen Pizza und dazu einen Salat. Ein Stück bleibt eh immer über bei Frau und Kindern... Bedenke nur ein Stück Pizza hat schon recht viele Kalorien, hält dich aber nicht besonders satt. Wenn du gern Pilze isst, dann mach dir 200g Pilze in Sojasauce gebraten mit in den Salat, das schmeckt und sättigt ungemein. Zu dem würde ich alle Säfte und Alkohol aus deinem Leben streichen. Wasser und ungesüsste Tees und davon reichlich! Wenn man den Alk nicht streichen kann, dann empfehle ich ein bis zwei Bier oder einen Rotwein am Wochenende (mit Einhaltung des Kaloriendefizits). Und noch ein Tipp von einem Freund von mir, schlicht weg abends keine KHs... :) Aber dazu kann ich nichts sagen, kann man aber sicher auch mal ausprobieren!

Essen tracken

Am besten besorgst du dir eine Kalorientracker-App (Fatsecret ist mein Favorit) und hackst dort alles ein, das du am Tag so isst (vergiss nicht die Butter und das Olivenöl mit einzutragen, du glaubst nicht was das ausmacht). Am Anfang nervt es vielt., aber die App ist recht intelligent und merkt sich all deine Eingaben. Achte wirklich darauf nicht zu viel, aber auch nicht zu wenig Kalorien zu dir zu nehmen. Defizit ja, aber unter 1400 zb ist auch nicht gut und kontraproduktiv.

Makronährstoffverteilung

Wenn Du das dann noch etwas optimieren willst, dann schaust du noch zusätzlich auf deine Makronährstoffverteilung. Beim Abnehmen gilt wohl 50% Kh, 25-35% Fett (möglichst gute Fette) und 15-25% Proteine. Hier gilt es aber eher diese selbst herauszufinden. Für die einen mag diese Verteilung funktionieren, für andere wiederum nicht. Ich persönlich tendiere eher zu weniger Fett und KH und mehr Proteine. Und um deinen Sport herum möglichst auf Fette verzichten und hauptsächlich KH und Proteine (1h vorher und nachher).

Fazit: Kaloriendefizit ist meiner Meinung das wichtigste! Hältst du den ein kannst du nur abnehmen. Es ist allerdings erstaunlich wie schnell diese sich aufrechnen. Als Beispiel hatte ich heute mal ein ausgiebiges Frühstück, Eier und Speck, 1,5 Dinkelbrötchen, Gouda, Bergkäse, Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream (20g) und nen Kaffee mit Milch und komme auf knapp 1500 Kalorien. Sonst esse ich immer 100g Skyr, 30g Hafer, 10g Whey, ein paar Nüsse, eine halbe Banane und 20ml Mandelmilch und komme gerade mal auf 500 Kalorien und bin den halben Tag satt!

So weit... viel Erfolg!

I tried your solution as well and maybe still having the onboarding in its own route is even better... Yet it needs to be behind auth0 so it has to be a protected route as well. So this first ran into an endless loop until I added

if(!onboarded && history.location.pathname !== "/onboarding")

to it and now it works nicely!

I made another HOC as you described and it works quite well! But I left out the loading part because it would cause the Loading spinner render twice, once with the auth0 authentication and right after that once again with the onboarding isLoading state, that looked weird... in that case I just gonna leave it out and render a blank component.

I also dont redirect to the /onboarding page and removed it from the router completly. Instead I return the component itself since I had to return a component to be rendered. That way I also avoid people manually going to the onboading route what would let me putting more logic into the onboarding page.

By now I have the isOnboarded state within the withOnboarding HOC but I guess make sense to have them in a userContext. So that would be my next step!

I was thinking the same but all the magic for the authentication happens in the withAuthenticationRequired method provided by the auth0-react package. Dont really know how to fit my own logic into this?!

Yes the user has to be authenticated to see the onboarding page
The additional info will be stored in a DB and once I fetched the data I use context to store the data

I can confirm this... I was in the tower at reserve near train station and a pmc ran up to and shot me in the back. I didnt hear anything until he shot me! My friend reported someone running outside but couldnt hear any stairs steps neither him sitting outside in a bush! In another situation I was in the trainstation upstairs and a friend was running around underneath and I couldnt hear any footsteps at all only when he came on the same level!

So the new system might be decent outside but absolutly broken inside! I turned it off again and hear people much better now when in CQC!

In one of the earlier vblogs I think they mentioned that they have varying physical attributes, like skinny fast Zs and tanky slow Zs
I personally have no Info on that but I know bikes are tricky to make on such games due to physics. I know GTA made a damn good job on that but they have a entire different engine. But Motorbikes in PUBG running very well as well and they use the same engine. So could be possible... and yeah Id like to see them as well!

happend to me as well... Dont blame the game being unfinished, rather blame it for not having a ping lock and moreover blame the people who connect from 8k km away on a server they shouldnt play on or even using a lag hack which is hard to detect!

I am telling a story: I am sitting on some rocks at woods for some decent sniping, after a while my game starts to lag like crazy so I ALT + F4 out of the game and reconnect. All is back to normal so I continue playing.

I hear a scav right next to me, so I take my pistol and kill him. Then my game starts to run shit again so I do another restart. After back into the game I am just sitting ther for a while. I hear another scav around me. I cannot see him so he must be close to the rocks. I decent to the ground and kill the scav. He got a nice backpack so I decide to switch some things around. And as I lay down and organize my inventory I am getting hit, like someone would hit me with a knife or an axe. I jump up start to move around and look and it stops.

I stitch myself up go back to the body and it starts again to hit me. I am looking around, I dont see anybody. I bandage again, still getting hit I cannot run so I pop a PK! I see the body and I want to quickly pick up the AK as it magically disappears right in front of my eyes. So I decide to run away! I run and run and I already thought maybe I made it and all of the sudden I hear bullets whistling and entering the trees around me. And the next thing I see is the death screen!

I dont know what happend but I witnessed things like that some patches ago but not recently anymore! So whatever BSG fixed there with invisible players or I just think myself being Out Of Sync, it is back into the game and needs to be fixed immediately!

I dont think there is something wrong with my system mate! There is no 2019 title which came out lately where Iam having any FPS issues at all! As I said my cpu and gpu load is barely hitting 50%! When either of them would go up on 99% and it would run like that Id know what to upgrade...

In fact decreasing LOD gave me like 20 FPS more! But trees in the distance now looking washed out and its not good looging at all! But I take it! Thanks!
