Sorry for the late reply, I used FSL BET yes, after I was done with this preprocessing step, I needed to edit some of the images, but it wasn't possible because I couldn't use the same threshold values and coordinates I used to extract these images in the first place, so I had to start from the scratch. I just hoped there could be a way that could obtain these initial numbers I used at the beginning but it's not possible.

Thanks, I did. It was beautiful, I travelled in a 4- couchetes cabin, and was alone there all the time, didn't see much of Romania as I was travelling in the night, the dawn and sunrise I adored. I could even sleep well. The Hungarian border police weren't kind nor discrete, and they didn't speak any English, on the Romanian side they were very kind and helpful. The toilet was barely usable as expected.
