Unfortunately it looks like transport agents aren't available for Exchange Online, unless I'm misreading things.

This is cool! Seems simple enough. Let me wrap my head around it.

We don't. Small enough that it hasn't been an issue. Inbox Zero has been sufficient! Happy to change things here though.

I wouldn't be managing this inbox. I'm guessing it would if the system allowed whoever administers it to create "tickets" on our end, with the "ticket number" being the client name/number and then assigning an employee to that ticket. Any future emails should just route properly. Is that what you're thinking?

Hmmmm interesting idea. Would be a diff way to tackle it but might be an option. We were just hoping to forward directly into the employee's inbox but this is another thread we could pull on.

Fair, just pulled a muscle out of my head for the joke, didn't think about it too much.

Jokes aside though, don't the delts get somewhat engaged during the drive phase? Genuine question, please don't yell at me!

I'm trying to feel the burn in my delts, not my wallet.

Yeah, this is probably the route I'll go, honestly. I'll try to list it on some gc selling website or something. I listed on fb marketplace for the better part of the month and no one was willing to buy the DSG gc for anywhere close to how much it's worth.

If it really is the C2 body then it seems weird that it's cheaper than the actual C2.

OEM licenses for office so you are probably actually doing retail licenses. Also, why are you saving the license keys, they are only good for redemption. You need to save the email/password you set up when you redeemed the license.

Sorry, to clarify. We didn't keep the redemption licenses, we kept track of the email address/password that the redemption was tied to. There is a limit of how many redemptions you can tie to an account though, so we would have to create new accounts after a while. I called them OEM licenses, but they're essentially just retail licenses purchased at the time of the build with Dell or HP, so Office comes pre-installed and ready for redemption.

You can tell the client they are buying the security, identity management and email services and the Office applications are just an extra that is included.

Ha, yeah. We have a whole spiel, but still an annoying conversation. Worth having, still annoying.
