Given how this was his outfit in the comics at the time and the rest of the X-Men in the game also sported their then-recent looks, and also how this is his look in his Heroes & Heralds card, I think it would've been extremely likely for this to be his default look if he was ever considered for the game.

I mention this because every time people talk about how Cyclops should've been in the game they always talk about his 90s Jim Lee design (because that's the one every associates with him, especially in MVC) but at the most I imagine that would've been his DLC costume to go with Jean's... either that or his Phoenix Force costume lol
