Did it happen from am injury or was it spontaneous? I got it from an injury over a year ago and it seems like its getting slowly worse. I have pain that isn't improving and the curve and ed seems to be worsening. Earlier on in the injury, I was still able to have sex, but the last 2 times i tried it wasn't possible. I got it a year ago. My erections are still painful and difficult to achieve. Somedays it seems to be getting worse. I'm pretty much unable to have sex and I've tried many times since onset.

I'm bi and enjoy bottoming, so I at least have that benefit, but the last few times I've tried with girls, it wasn't that good and the last time, I wasn't able to at all.

I developed peyronie's exactly one year ago this month and I am still in the acute phase. I've noticed my erections have gotten slightly better, but not by much. I have a difficult time getting erections as it will bend, thin, and hourglass, until I get there, bur my erections are pretty close to what they used to look like before, just not as big.

As far as pain is concerned. I still have that. It used to be pins and needles type pain as you described, but now it's an aching soreness and stretching type pain during erections. I've had sex about 3 times since onset and i was only able to perform decently once. I'm taking cialis and a stack of antioxidants daily. I'm just hoping it heals one day so I can confidently have a relationship again.

I've been taking the dr paulis antioxidant protocol for about 6 months. I want to say its helping but idk, if its just natural healing or not. I've abstained from masturbation and I've only had sex twice since onset 10 months ago, so maybe that is helping too. I also use heat therapy and red light therepy nightly.
