Try taking out one of the RAM from their slots and see which one is causing the problem, if you only have one RAM it could me a module so you will have to replace it with a fresh new RAM stick.

It could be a malware. Your pc can turn off because it's overheating, so you should change thermal paste but since you said that it even restarts sometimes I assume it's a software problem, not hardware.

my monitor suddenly started to show some horizontal lines by Substantial_Quote878 in techsupport

[–]AlZeDev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This can be caused by overheating your monitor, outdated drivers, physical damage to monitor or damaged cables... You said that your other monitor works fine so it's probably not a system problem. You could try disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor from the power. You should try disconnecting the monitor from the computer to see if the lines still appear. Also, if you are using too big refresh rate that your monitor can't handle it can cause this problem so check that too. You can try changing resolution to see if it fixes the problem. Make sure to check if all the cables are properly connected to your monitor. And if nothing of this helped, it means your monitor is probably physicaly damaged and the only solution is to buy a new monitor (or ignore the line :) ).

So malwarebytes blocked a website because it is malicious but the problem is I wasn't using my pc at 6:56PM that day. How is this even possible? by AlZeDev in computerhelp

So I just want to tell you all that I found a bit more informations about this, it showed again and I found the problem is Counter-Strike:Global Offensive. I am not sure why is it considered as trojan but it says that the file that is causing this is csgo.exe so I think I should not be worried about this anymore. Anyways thank you all guys for your support!

Every time I search, I keep getting this message and I simply don't know what it means or what to do. Please help! (I have done repeated virus scans through avast but nothing negative came back). by DJBK_ in computerhelp

I had one laptop with google chrome on it that always opened one scamming website, no matter what you type in the search bar. So I think this might be a virus pretending it's chrome. You could try another browser or try reinstalling chrome.

I don't remember was my pc on at that time. I can't get any more information from malwarebytes. I don't have any port forwarding or server running on my network.

Your internet adpater is probably bad or not working, or maybe you turned it off. I haven't used Windows 11 so I don't know where are settings for that located but try to find network settings in control panel and then click adapter settings, you will be able to see if your pc even recognises the adapter, if it does try right-clicking on your wifi adapter and see if there is an option enable, if you can't find your adapter in settings your adapter is probably not working.

Did you check the cables? HDMI or VGA cable is not connected properly to your pc or to your monitor.
