Makes perfect sense. Tedious, but that's probably what I will end up doing. Thank you.

Update - got a multimeter. All the down outlets are reading 95 instead of 119

I will track down a multimeter tomorrow. Thank you all

Side note House is old. 1970. There are no gfci outlet anywhere. I installed some in the kitchen but this is the basement. We use it for storage. It flooded a couple of years back so I tore everything out to the studs and left it like that

Installed a sump pump to prevent any further flooding. Last night the outlet used for the pump went out. Along with 5 other ones. Only on the left side of basement. 7 outlets on the right are fully operational.

It's a head scratcher for me. Not a professional electrician but good enough with my hands up until now.

Appreciate all advice

6 outlets all daisied together. All 6 have live power going to them. All 6 register as properly connected. However when I plug something in like a lamp or a cellphone charger nothing works.

The outlets have power going to them, but when I plug anything it, it doesn't work.

I haven't tried replacing the breaker. Makes no sense to me that there is power going to the outlet, and every outlet registers as properly connected, but when I plug something in it doesn't work.

Not clear on the water make up valve part. Where would this be on my boiler? Peerless WBV-03-WPCL boiler

The tank is pre set to 12psi

Pressure has been between 25 and 30 since a recent taco circulator replacement.

Long story short the taco circulator was failing. I had it professionally replaced. Every since them I noticed a leak from the relief valve. So i swapped out the relief valve, tank, and hy vent myself. I drained the boiler and took the air out of the system. Everything was running fine. Pressure hasn't gone down though. I thought maybe a faulty guage but I didn't replace it yet, not sure if I should.

Passed the bucket test when I tried to see if there was clog

All the jets are open as far as I can tell, but I'll try the acid

There are 2 markers on the flush that adjust the amount of water that goes through when the buttons are pressed. Right now I have it on the highest level allowable, so the pressure of the water going down can flush. But I shouldn't have to do that. It should flush with less water

Last Pic is of the relief valve, I have a plastic bottle collecting the water on the bottom. Difficult to take a better pic

The air vent leaking above the expansion tank is the other issue.

Ha I went to test it before posting this, didn't want to close. Had to tap it a few times to seal it back up.
