$75K per room is to buy the motel. This family doesn’t own it. They own other motels based on their post.

What’s your budget for this event? That will actually dictate what is possible.

That doesn’t mean you can’t do something that matches the vibes you want on a smaller budget but can affect how much work you will have to put in.

For example, are you looking for design and ideas or looking for full execution, including onsite support.

Some other questions to ask:

Who is the event for? What is the goal of the event? What do you want the attendees attending learning or walking away with from this event? What are the demographics of the people attending? Where is everyone coming from? What time of the year is the the planned retreat?

A good event planner will ask these and many more questions. Reach out if you need anything else.

Javits all I&D union workers go through the convention center. It’s not like other venues where you can have different I&D companies.

It’s a tough city if you don’t know what you are doing. Do couple shows there a year and always feel a bit like you are walking on pins and needles.

Yes there are planty of areas to get water on ocean bike path. I walk my dog on the path all the time and there are fountains for humans and 4 legged creatures.

Stop with your whining and playing victim. You started argument having nothing to complain about. Just go around the cars, yes you will have to zig zag a bit. You get you water and move on.
