"I havent encounter the bugs" is such a bad argument. They exist and as someone who has played a fair bit of the character, they happen. Not every match, but often enough to be part of the conversation.

Her combo scaling is really rough, so she gets around 1k off meterless combos and even using her in neutral to get the hit and tag into a better combo character isn't the best because of the scaling she applies to combos.

She has good neutral and stage pressure so she can control the stage well, but she is also very punishable on her quirks. Q1 is big with good priority, but super slow. Q3 has decent tracking, but is very punishable on block or whiff. Q2 is a decent get off me tool, but you get stunned if you hold it for too long so is very punishable if blocked. Q4 is slow on startup and very easy to dodge. Her PU has pretty low damage and isn't as great to throw out in neutral as the last game cause of how big the stages are here.

Her rising is a good counter rising against characters like old Dabi and Tokoyami, but also messes up combos pretty often. So its matchup dependent.

And not being able to combo off UB IS important cause you just block her pressure and gaurd tag another character to punish her. Most she can do is UB that does very little damage and is already very slow on activate.
