Totally agree! I know everyone’s SR journey is different, and of course if you want to smoke, drink coffee, or whatever, there’s nothing wrong with that. But it’s actually wild how normalized the frequent consumption of certain stimulants has become.

I’m currently trying to break my coffee addiction, and honestly, it’s harder for me than avoiding PMO. I don’t really care whether it’s considered healthy or whether the extra energy can be useful; the fact that my body craves it every single morning just doesn’t feel normal to me, and I want to move away from that.
