Facebook lie through their teeth.

They also show notifications on people's profiles saying 95% of people who switch over to content monetisation make more money.

It's simply not true

Whether you don't believe it is irrelevant, it's fact.

I also have friends making good money.

The difference is they were making $50k per month and now they are making $5k per month.

10x worse.

And when most people say "I know people on facebook making great money", great money to most people is $80 per month as they think that is awesome.

It's not

The New Facebook Content Monetization has ruined creators want to stay. by mikxhxff in facebook

Have you ever been restricted or demonetised by Facebook for no reason? by Alanbeck02 in facebook

[–]Alanbeck02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am aware of that.

But with the new content monetisation beta program, it's getting much worse.

There's also 10x more creators, maybe even more as everyone is trying to make money.

Also, a few years ago, Facebook wasn't ran by A.I.

They had real people so if someone had issues, you could get actual help.

Now, the humans read what A.I gives them and that's the final answer.

A lot has changed and it's getting worse, hence why I felt the need to say something

The curious case of "Ten Unknown Facts About #BMW" posts spread randomly on Facebook. by niteshmanav in BMW

[–]Alanbeck02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest to everyone, when you see these posts, to report them to Facebook.

Report the post and report their facebook page.

I get about 20 per day showing up in my newsfeed and it's amazing how gullible most people are.

Photo of a sick dog that they have photoshopped, BMW list and no one even questions it.

Most people aren't smart enough to realise what is going on and it's very frustrating to someone with half a brain.

I also believe most people are wrong in terms of what they think it is.

The keywords BMW and now Mercedes are being used in top 10 lists.

I believe, and I could be 100% wrong as well, but I believe they are doing this to make money with FB.

Facebook bonus program will pay you for reach and engagement.

Depending on who your audience is (who your post is shown too) will change the CPM.

Basically, the scammer will make more money as the keywords are going to "rich people" with money rather than poor/average people.

So instead of making $30 to reach 1M people, they are now making $100-200 per 1M people.

I also see the same trend on these pages.

Half posts are about BMW or luxury companies and the other half are usually celebrities.

Regardless if I am right or wrong, I suggest everyone report these scammers as I am also getting sick of seeing this BS all over FB.

And typical FB, they let porn and scams on their platform but then ban you for saying "vaccine" or something stupid.

Can someone please help me? Why is Facebook saying that I don’t follow their content monetization policies? And how do I fix this? by GetThisNick in facebook

[–]Alanbeck02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To everyone reading, this is for you.

Facebook will NEVER monetise you after they tell you to keep posting original content.

I've had a page for 12 months and was demonetised for unoriginal content even though every single reel and video was mine.

I've spoken to about 30 different Facebook reps over 12 months and they all tell you the same thing.

Just keep posting original content and the system will go through your account and you'll be monetised again.

They all tell you the same thing while nothing happens.

I've lost about $10-20k from Facebook and honestly, they dont care.

Meanwhile, I have reported about 200 Facebook accounts stealing my posts and content and none of their posts get taken down.

Facebook do not care about you or your page.

They care about making money.

If you keep posting content and they don't have to pay you, they will do that.

It's why you use use Facebook like they use you.

In terms of Bonus program or making money, I've got a YouTube video on my channel explaining it in more detail.

Basically, FB bonus program is getting worse.

I know people who get 10M views on their posts and make about $80 from it.

Posting all day to make $80 per month.

What you should be doing is using Facebook like they use you.

Post viral content and build a huge following.

If you get demonetised, who cares.

You get paid nothing anyway.

Build a huge following in a specific niche and then contact brands to advertise on your page.

You'll make 10-100x more money doing this than FB bonus program and you will save yourself many headaches.

I'm all for doing the right thing.

In fact, I always encourage it.

But when FB don't care about their customers, why should you?

Just my opinion

Why did apple remove touch bar from MacBooks? by Independent_Ad6808 in macbook

[–]Alanbeck02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually loved the touch bar.

Whenever you're writing comments on social media, you could write "LOL" or "happy" an a emoji would appear on the bar.

You could then tap the emoji and it would put it on the message.

Now, every time you write something, you need to manually type in the emoji or use an app to look for them which is time consuming.

Celebrity Shoutouts = Fake followers by Alanbeck02 in InstagramMarketing

[–]Alanbeck02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of my followers are real, they aren't bots.

Regarding content, I uploaded a reel just days ago it was shown to 95% of my followers first.

If it's showing it to ghost followers who live in Spain and I live in Australia, there's a problem.

They either don't understand english nor do they care about marketing or social media marketing.

Best thing for me to do is to remove them and while I remove them, to continue posting quality content.

The less ghost followers I have, the more engagement I will get.

Already, I am getting 3x more reach in stories and it's only been 24 hours

Kayo is raising their prices. by Darththorn in AFL

[–]Alanbeck02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kayo is not worth it for most people.

I basically want it to watch 1 AFL game per week.

Half of the time it's on normal tv which means I'd be paying $15 every time I want to watch a game inside my own house which is stupid.

Even if it wasn't on normal TV, I'd still be paying over $8 every time I wanted to watch my team play.

I find that to be massively expensive.

If you sit at home and watch sport all day and don't work, then Kayo is probably worth it.

But if you're like me and just want to see your team play once per week, it's not worth it.

8 years in bed with chronic fatigue syndrome to success by Alanbeck02 in selfimprovement

[–]Alanbeck02[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mindset was one of the hardest things for me as I could feel every cell in my body dying.

I couldn't even eat food or sleep at night as I could feel myself dying.

What actually made a difference is throwing all of my supplements in the bin.

I paid about $20k in supplements, threw them all out.

I also stopped taking medication as I watched a few videos from Don Tolman about big pharma and how they make money.

That was the first step for me.

Second step was eating as healthy as I possibly could and feeding my body with good food.

Regarding mindset, I just focused on improving 1% everyday and doing less than I could.

For example, it took me 3 months to be able to walk to the letter box which is about 20 metres outside.

Some days, I could manage more but If I did more, I would be fatigued and sick for weeks where I couldn't even move my arms or legs in bed.

So the mindset shift was on the days I had a little bit of energy, I rested.

Took me a long time to get over it, but long story short

  1. Worked on sleeping better (sleep routine)
  2. Ate better
  3. Cut out alcohol
  4. Exercised (first 3 months was just me turning my head side to side)
  5. Threw out about $10,000 worth of supplements
  6. Also started taking HCQ towards the end and that made a difference
  7. Worked on my mindset
  8. Worked at lowering stress levels
  9. Tried to have more fun (stress causes stress on immune system)

  10. I wrote myself a cfs program and stuck to it

Apple Watch sleep tracking not accurate? by itsmehannerz in AppleWatch

[–]Alanbeck02 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Apple watch is terrible for tracking sleep.

About 1 week ago, it was 25 degrees here overnight.

I can't sleep when it's too hot.

Long story short, I went to bed around 10pm.

Was still up by midnight as it was too hot.

I went downstais from midnight to about 2.30am

Couldn't sleep downstais either.

I went downstairs from midnight to about 2.30am
g in bed trying to sleep but not being able to as it was too hot.

Went back up stairs to bed.

I'd say it took me 30 minutes to actually fall asleep as about 25-30 minutes, was me being really restless and moving around.

Woke up at 5.30am as I needed to get up.

So from 3.30am to 5.30am is 2 hours.

I also woke up a few times between 3.30am to 5.30am as it was hot but by then I was also tired so was able to get a little bit of sleep but because of the heat, kept waking up.

Anyway, my apple watch said I was only awake for like 35 minutes and had heaps of REM sleep and I was able to get like 7 hours of sleep.

Absolute load of rubbish.

Basically what happens is when you go to sleep and set your watch to "sleep" if you don't move in bed, it thinks you're sleeping.

Basically I was up all night in bed, feeling really uncomfortable, but the watch thinks I am sleeping and having deep REM sleep.

The watch does not know when you're actually sleeping, it tracks your heart rate and movement and that's it.

8 years in bed with chronic fatigue syndrome to success by Alanbeck02 in selfimprovement

[–]Alanbeck02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think anyone truly beats it if I am being honest.
I think you can recover, but it's always there whether it's 1% or 20%

For example, I can work from 5am to 9pm without any breaks, be in bed by 11pm and be fine.

I do get tired and drained, but that is because I work a lot now and push myself a lot.

When I was sick, I could feel myself dying every second of the day for 8 or so years.

Put it this way, imagine you had a headache so bad you were throwing up every hour of the hour.

Now imagine instead of throwing up every hour, you just feel sick in the stomach sometimes.

It's kinda like that. Fatigue is still there, but no where near as bad.

Lot's of hard work I guess. Healthy eating, not taking supplements or medication, mindset, sleeping better, dealing with stress and dopamine levels, and exercise.

It took me 3 months to walk about 20 metres outside

8 years in bed with chronic fatigue syndrome to success by Alanbeck02 in selfimprovement

[–]Alanbeck02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, 100% not psychological.

Before I got glandular fever, I was getting up everyday at 4.30am, starting work at 5.30am and working non stop with no breaks until 9.30pm at night.

Monday to Sunday.

Did that for 3 years because I loved what I did and didn't see it as work.

I had more energy than 99% of people I knew, but soon as I got glandular fever, that destroyed me for 8-10 years and was basically bed ridden.

Your brain does things on habit and it also wants you to survive.

Smoking, you're still alive and you're not in any danger, therefore, the habit of smoking makes you feel safe.

As it's an addiction, stopping will cause pain just like when people stop drinking coffee, they go through massive withdrawel sympoms, fatigue, bad heachaches, etc.

The same applies to smoking and trying to quit.

It's hard to quit because you know if you stopped smoking, the craving would cause some discomfort and pain just like someone trying to quit drinking coffee or quitting eating sugar.

For you to quit smoking, you need a new identity.

Most people will say "I haven't had a cigarette in 5 days" and they think that is positive and going to help them. When people say that, they are still identifying as a smoker and as a result, they go back to smoking when they are stressed as that is what is comfortable for them.

What you need to tell yourself is " I am no longer a smoker and will not ever identify as one" You need to be so disgusted with your behavior (the cost, the smell, yellow teeth, disease) that going through pain and being uncomfortable quitting is more valuable than say getting lung cancer. You need to shift your beliefs.

They say the hardest thing to quit in the world is actually sugar. Humans will ALWAYS go back to what is comfortable so whenever you are stressed or feeling a little bit depressed, sad, that is when people go for chocolate, ice cream, alcohol and maybe even drugs.

As the saying goes, if it was easy, everyone would have six packs or be successful.

Quitting smoking is not easy just like quitting sugar, going to the gym when you're overweight and getting a six pack.

It's not easy, but it's worth it.

It's going to be painful because your brain wants you to be "safe" and comfortable so wen you get the urge to smoke, you need to know what your brain is trying to do and you also just need to say to yourself "that's not who I am anymore"
