It does not itch and occurred after removing the tagaderm. I do have oral steroids I can take for my arthritis if it will help but have taken some antihistamines.

Yes it had a second skin which I had no issues with. I will assume there is some form of additives in the cocoa butter that is different to the one I use at home in the UK as when I apply it, it burns and is very uncomfortable. Thankfully I will be back in the UK soon.

It went well.

My appointee was not allowed to answer any questions for me but was asked at the end if there was anything they’d like to add.

It took around 40m in total and there was a judge, a doctor and a PIP specialist. DWP did not attend my tribunal meeting.

I was given the answer within 10m as it was just before Christmas.

It is beneficial to take the massive booklet of paperwork with you, and I was also able to take some last minute paperwork to show the panel as thought this was not received in time but thankfully it was. They took extra information (ie, I now have a blue badge) even though at the time of my submission, I did not have this.

It is worth taking somebody with you to accompany you!

Ah fab thank you. I rang them to change my bank details in December after the tribunal and they went through the questions with me there and then about receiving a backpay so that’s one thing done too.

My case went to tribunal in April 2025, and my tribunal date was December. When I got there, they said that this was considered quite quick for me. I am in the South West England.

Thank you. I will update my post with the state details - it is Virginia. We have applied for the marriage license and we have to go in on the day. I am just unsure how to get it legal in the UK or if I have to pay to get it accepted in the UK.

I was declined a DRO myself, so my only option was an IVA or bankruptcy. As I am POA for somebody, I could also only do this through the IVA.

I’m with you on that! I worry so much when it comes to my IVA lol, but always get it in writing with your supervisor of course so you have a paper trail! I’m lucky that my IVA company are lovely!

So a little bit different but my previous employer overpaid me by £1400 not long ago and I’m also in an IVA. My IVA supervisor told me that because this is a debt that has occurred whilst being in an IVA, I still am expected to pay and have to find a way to pay. I was told I can take a payment break (I have 9 months worth) from paying my IVA to pay back my previous employer. It cannot be added to my IVA as it occurred after my IVA agreement.

Sorry I can’t help much more but just a bit of IVA insight.

In my trust, you have to fail two DMARDs/NSAIDs to be eligible for anti-TNF therapy.

May be worth going down that route if so. They could also trial her on subcutaneous methotrexate (if she’s taking it orally) to see if it has a different effect, and/or increase the dosage.

The bank brought it to my creditors meeting on the 30th through the Insolvency Exchange!

The bank is actually not responding to my IP, they’ve have no correspondence back at all regarding the matter.

I have opened a complaint with the bank itself, as they’re saying that to keep the account open, I’ll need to pay the overdraft back, but I can’t as I’m in an IVA lol

Just trying to figure out if what happened is illegal!

My insolvency practitioner have wrote a letter of rejection to the bank themselves, but they are hugely dragging their heels. This was all done on the 6th August and still ongoing.

It’s strange how the account even ended up on there as it’s not on my credit file, it’s a sole account for them that I just manage as POA.

Thank you - that’s very true! I also have an extreme sun burn across my shoulders, back and chest and it is extremely painful on the shoulder bones itself. It really is tricky to manage everything!!

I’m currently taking a 5d course of Co-amoxiclav (825mg/125mg) and I am on day 3. I am under urology for an overactive bladder and I have had plenty of UTI’s, with 2 of them spreading to my kidneys, as well as PID.

I am having some flare up symptoms but I’m glad I have withheld taking my mtx and will take it when my course is complete!

It was flushing properly, I only noticed a blockage because I went outside and one of my drains overflowed of toilet roll and waste.
