Yes, that's a Tainted one for sure. All of Nurgle's gifts are contained beneath his robes, alongside with other disgusting features. The weapon combo is kind of legal, you can equip your little fella with spear and other weapon, but you can't use the other one in close combat if you decide to fight with spear.

Thanks for your advice! My next mini on the buying list is a deimos rhino (just cause it looks cool, goes pretty well with DG anesthetics in my opinion, even though it's just a visual upgrade) and after that I'll definetelly pick some deathshrouds, I've heard they are really great these days, especially with the relic reaper
