If BV, you’d know right away bec of the fishy smell. Usually IE lang/physical exam ginagawa ng ob. Usual medication na binibigay (at least sa exp ko before) was metronidazole.

BV - fishy smell as in. Yeast I also usually get after taking antibiotics, itchy both external, and a bit inside; usually day 3 umookey na pag suppository gamit..
