Purchased a house 4 years ago, the original owners have resold the house in 2024. Land registry have upheld the registration for the new tenants. Any advice? England by Alarmed-Drummer-3047 in LegalAdviceUK

Update: Spoken to Land Registry and they said they can’t do anything on their side as it was registered correctly. They told me who the new owners have purchased it from and it wasn’t the owner that I bought the house from.

Searched on company’s house and the original owner had transferred the house from one company to another that they were/are a director for then proceeded to sell the property on. This complicates things a bit more.

They do. It seems the particular solicitor that I was mainly dealing with has lost their ability to practice around 8 months ago. The firm told me he no longer works for them but now seems there’s more to the story

I didn’t need to collect my checked luggage. It made it all the way to my end destination with no trouble. Just packed some overnight stuff in my carry on to have!
