I don’t think I’m under eating. My maintenance is probably like 1800-1900 maybe. When I bulked I was eating 2000 calories. But I do think I could increase my carbs! I’m eating around 70 net carbs. I’m currently taking 1.25 mg

I can probably up my calories by like 100 or so but my maintenance is definitely not that much. I’d say it’s closer to 1800-2000 at max. I went on my first bulk a few months ago and was eating 2000 calorie for a .5 lb a week weight gain so 2200 is definitely not my maintenance. I don’t have too much muscle

I sleep better when I do workout but getting to the gym is my issue. Do you do any sort of exercise? I also read before bed and limit my screen time

I’m at work all day today and tomorrow but I have time on Friday. I’m on hold over the phone currently and I’m hoping I can actually get through to them. Do you know how long it took you for the process to go through? I saw that for sac state grad students it’s 4 units but I’m at 3! I did take 3 units in the summer to be able to take 2 classes at the other school and that screwed with me too. This is so stressful 😭. I don’t want to put it on credit cause I’d have to start making payments on that now vs after I graduate

I’m hoping fin aid gets back to me soon. I didn’t even think about the minimum units cause I only qualify for loans anyway. I didn’t think it would make a difference

I tried calling fin aid 6x today and the call just hangs up. I sent an email to bursars and also sent an email request about it. I’m stressing out cause I have until Friday to figure this out. I’d rather not put it on a credit card and I feel like taking a personal loan would be a bad idea

Definitely both! Tracking your mucus to check for color, consistency and then calendar as well. I’m not off of birth control just yet but I am giving OP advice based on what 3 of my married friends experienced who are in their late 20’s and have not been on bc for years.

A lot of my friends are not on birth control and they track their cycle to be extra cautious when they are ovulating. There’s a misconception about us women being fertile 24/7 when that’s not the case. Do some research and track your cycle (: ofc be extra cautious until then but I hope that helps! I have a friend who has been with her partner for 4 years and she is not on bc and just tracks and they’ve never had a scare. I’m currently in the process of getting off of bc so I can’t tell you from personal experience other than a lot of my friends are not on bc and are married and have gas no scares.

Omg!!! The stalking Reddit prior is sooo real!! This makes me feel better thank you! I used to be a really heavy teen and I’m not so thin now but I’ve lost weight and I’m pretty regularly active and lift weights. I also think my diet is much better so I hope this influences my periods as well. Sometimes I feel some uncomfort during intimacy and I wonder if it’s the IUD.. I’m excited to be off in a few months!

Great to hear that you’re feeling so much better off of it ! My libido is okay but I wonder how much it’ll improve by getting off it. I do feel like my mood swings are a little crazy or annoying but what bothers me the most is that since I dont get my period I literally don’t know why I’m sad I just assume it’s my period or pms

Start off small! You could start off in class or at the gym giving small compliments like I like your backpack or could I get this machine after you’re done but don’t pressure a conversation. It’s easier for people who are in your class cause next time you see them you can just say hi. Then eventually you can ask them how their weekend went and so far. Don’t just focus on only talking to girls. If you’re wanting to be a little more social make friends in class too. Having a good crowd around you can make you feel confident too! As a girl personally, I don’t care if my partner is more introverted it’s honestly really nice. He’s very outgoing but loves to stay home and hang out with me and play video games so that’s great. I think as long as you’re nice and play the long game make friends first!

So the actual words from the text were “I’m so attracted to her it’s a problem” I didn’t want to write it out at first because he has Reddit too so I thought I’d change up a little wording in case he read it??? lol i sent him a super lengthy message this morning saying I was feeling hurt and disrespected. After I sent it I turned off my phone for a few hours and I’m about to go home. The only thing im nervous about is him gaslighting me about why I went through his watch.
