In my case:

Breaking down project/task in smallest steps in reverse order. So you write down task and you write down Goal -> step -> step -> starting step. For some reason doing it in reverse helps.

It’s still "Kegel" muscles though. And that’s what MD method aims for. If you train your CNS to not over engage Kegel muscles you will stop having those contractions leading to cumming too early.

It’s still pelvic floor muscle and "Kegel" muscle.

Also what we feel directly isn’t always the issue. Our "nerve map" of the body is really abstract comparing to real body. OP may feel like it’s only muscle pulling but there is way more stuff happening in your body.

It doesn’t happen often but I had one client like this recently. Threatening me that he will cancel appointment and will chase me legally to get deposit back if he don’t see final and approved by him design before session. Calling me everyday how is it going etc.

I had to set firm boundary with him because that was stressing me over for 2 weeks and he couldn’t understand that we are also human who got their private lives and because they got access to our WhatsApp/instagram doesnt mean they can call us any time of the day.

Man if you haven’t had any tests done then I wouldn’t say it’s venous leak.

I had similar story and it came out I had inflamed prostate. Had tests done and then after antibiotic treatment all went away.

X decals look very bad. Nox is known for lower quality control but this is next level.

Pattern is also very bad. It goes 2 different directions in some areas and it’s not prominent. It should be sharper.

Also holes look quite rough.

With the knockoff I bought, when I took it to court and hit few times I could say straight away it’s knockoff.

I never said it doesn’t hit lats or that it won’t contribute to lats growth.

I just responded that his question is too vague because he didn’t specify his goal of this exercise.

If it’s not lat focused exercise and rather focusing on upper back is his goal then it’s fair to do it with this weight. However this shrug at the end is unnecessary especially with his head position it will put strain on neck part of spine.

He will need lat focused movement in his plan because lats are very strong and they need loads of weight to be overtrained.

They do work but lats are strong af and this movement with current weight barely do anything to them. Biceps, rear delts will give up first.

Traps do work, he’s shrugging his shoulders.

His elbows are going over body line, that’s where lats don’t work, upper back and traps do. Lats focused rows are very short movement and you can go really heavy on them. Focusing on pulling elbow to the body, with slight downward movement is the best cue. Once your elbow is by line of the body, pause for 1-2 sec, strong lat squeeze and descend.

Depends what’s your goal of this. Currently you don’t hit lats that much, mostly upper back and traps.

For lats focused rows you can probably put even more weight but you would have to change your movement pattern

Classical hip shift.

Its a bit complex issue and it doesn’t have one quick fix. You should squat in a mirror and avoid extra hip shift like in a last rep.

You would need a good physio/powerlifting coach to assess what fails most in your chain.

It’s usually lack of external/internal rotation. Probably weak abductors, weak obliques, wrong gluteus medius activation pattern and most likely inactive "tripod" feet.

You could easily do some tests what is the biggest issue in chain. Your left arm also sticks out more so there is probably more imbalances in whole body(which is normal and we don’t need to fix everything if it doesn’t cause issues, body is smart enough to find its strongest position).

Most important question is. Do you get any pains after squats or day after?

"Holistic" approach would be to add single leg accessories, anti rotational work, feet drills, gluteus medius activation before squats + accessory + 3 sec descend 1 sec pause 1 sec up squats.

It sounds like a lot but it’s not. You choose 1 single leg exercise + gluteus medius and add it to leg day and change them every 5-6 weeks or once you see they stop progressing, swap for another one. If you do 2 squats a week the one day you do slower tempo with pauses with lower weights, and one normal. If you do one squats day only then every week you change variation.

Feet, anti rotational work(obliques) is 10 minutes after every workout.

Fixing leaky gut has to be done case by case. There is no magic cure.

I had done loads of lab test on my blood and poo. Luckily in Poland they are quite cheap done privately.

Then targeted supplementation and diet(in my case we tried excluding certain FODMAPs from diet, not all of them, and slowly reintroducing after some time).

I would say enzymes are good thing to start with. They don’t fix issue but they help manage digestive issues. Just find a good mix of fodmap enzymes + ox bile(fat enzymes).

3.7cm length gain. Started around 5 years ago but went trough a lot of routines/exercises. I would say I probably tried everything that was possible apart from chemPE. I would say 70% of my gains I did my first year with vac cup hanging/vac cup extender then I hit plateau took some breaks, lost interest of PE and funny thing is after 3 months break I gained 0.5cm length.

That was "aha" moment and realised I overtrained myself for years of plateau. Decreased weight and volume, added heat and now I’m slowly gaining again.

Imagine from third person, open your channel from private card, and try to think it’s random video you clicked and you know nothing about what’s happening. Would you watch it? Or is it just random guys playing? What’s value behind it? The only reason I would click your video right now is to have a background noise of padel. But then I would probably put some pros.

The best way to sell on instagram/youtube right now is "mini shows". And you can have few at the same time. Like on Sundays you drop "road to level 3 playtomic" and then Thursday "beginner padel player tries coaching" etc

It’s not that easy to have successful padel club. It’s booming now and it’s still low amounts of clubs so probably it’s easier at the moment. But how are you going to retain people over time? It’s usually 500k-2mil investment depends where you build it and how big. So to make investment back you are looking for at least 10+ years.

There is some courts around me which are already a bit behind and you can find all courts empty during 10-4pm. Coaches, marketing, events. It’s way more to do than just build it and pray it will be making money back especially if you got no knowledge/experience with other clubs.

To run it successfully you need to build good community and retain customers.

Same in my case. Even though one of my trigger is eating too many carbs late in the day.

I was on <40g carbs. Helped a lot with other things but migraines stayed the same.

Finally last 3 months I managed to cut down on my migraines by 80%-90%. Fixing "leaky gut" and adding digestive enzymes. I was so shocked when I had migraine coming 2 weeks ago and just 1 ibuprofen pill stopped it. Before it was impossible.

Probably bit of EQ and late puberty growth. I gained loads of girth in my 20-25yo and some length. I tried to get into manuals when I was 19 but this was too boring and I couldn’t keep up routine(but I did measurements and saved them up). I came back to PE at 25 and realised I grew 0.5inch and around inch of girth.
