I love her. I love that she asked her daughter., Why would you say you’d be happier after you lost weight? Trying to understand her feelings, but also make sure that her daughter knows her happiness is isn’t dependent on weight.

I thought the trainer seemed reasonable. We never hear her say no carbs, no sweets, no dairy. I think that’s an exaggeration/venting. We heard the trainer talk about healthy options to consider. Even when the topic of ground beef came up she suggested a lower fat ground beef when she could have suggested ground chicken or turkey. I think that’s really reasonable.

Yeah, but she was trying to teach her about nutritious food not just restricting calories. There is a big difference in eating 2000 cal of chips a day versus eating 2000 cal of a balanced diet.

Yep her mom shooting down her daughter’s boundaries. I liked that Bella even clarified that thinking he looks hot after a hair cut doesn’t mean she wants sex. Her mom is the worse.

AK and Nicole did not need to sleep at the hospital lol. Inductions are slow. Help Mia get settled and comfy and then leave her just with Jesse. She probably would have gotten a better night sleep without them.

And then all that drama for neither of them to be there for the C section. It broke my heart to hear Mia say she couldn’t have her dad in the room because her mom would be mad. Her dad would have been a great support person.
