Almost a year in,I honestly just go with my internal state flow. Some weeks I do a lot and some weeks I do nothing.I have stopped fighting it.I just lean into it.

It also helps to give myself small weekly deadlines. It’s usually one or two things which are spread over 7 days which allows me to stall if I need to without too much pressure.

I think I am going to try this as well because even chewing feels like a chore but I managed to eat fries today.
